Semi-Privates for adults are small group sessions for individuals who are looking for a program designed for their personal needs but would like the benefit of working out with a community. Want to have fun while also challenging yourself to achieve your fitness goals?  Then join our semi-private workout sessions. Classes include a warm-up, 45-50 minutes of work, followed by a cool down.  (Class size 3-6 people).

Mon/Wed/Fri  6:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.


Semi-Private sessions for Athletes creates personalized plans catered to each individuals needs. These programs are designed to increase speed, strength, stamina, and agility.  Our staff recognizes the importance of training both in and off season, as well as while traveling on the road.  Our specialized plans are designed to give real results.
