Small group sessions from 3-6 people, personalized program for each Athlete, programs build for when athletes travel, in and off-season programming. These programs are made to increase their strength, speed, and agility.
Semi-Private to Team sessions for Elementary all the way up to High-school Athletes:
Small groups to team training sessions from 3-6 up to 15 kids, a Personalized program for each Athlete or Team program design, small enough group to feel like a private session build for an entire team of a specific sport, in and off-season programming. These programs are made to increase their strength, speed, and agility.

Semi-Private Sessions for Adults
Semi-Private small group sessions are for those individuals who are looking for a program designed for their personal needs, but also would like the benefit of working with a community. This session should take you approximately 50 minutes to complete the workout. We also add a warm-up and cool-down to make this a 60 minute class, that will not exceed 6 people.
